Mårten Källman has been working with learning and development for the past 20 years in the Armed Forces, Scania and King. This journey has given him vast experience in how to be value driven and how to create engagement and ownership in the employee development process. Today he is responsible for individual contributor learning activities and focuses specifically on how to develop and keep the energy during the onboarding process.
